To submit a Right-to-Know (RTK) request download and complete a Standard Right-to-Know Law Request Form.
Next, submit the form by twp [at] ect.town (subject: ECT%20-%20RTK%20request%20submission) (e-mail), mail, or hand deliver (M-F 8:00am-4:15pm) the form to the Township Building, 100 Hill Road, Denver, PA, 17517.
Please note the Township does not respond to anonymous RTK requests, and all RTK requests accepted by the Township are public records.
