A Developer's Agreement is a contract between the East Cocalico Township Authority and a Developer detailing the obligations of both parties and specifying the standards and conditions that will govern the proposed extension of water and/or wastewater facilities.
- The Developer's Agreement is used when the project requires the existing, main line(s) to be extended.
- The Short Form Developer's Agreement is used when the project requires only a lateral installation.
- The Administrative Escrow Agreement for Miscellaneous Projects is used when neither of the above apply.
The applicant shall return a fully-executed Agreement to the Authority along with their initial Administrative Escrow.
The Administrative Escrow is a cash deposit determined by the Authority's Engineer using the Authority's Fee Schedule (Appendix A of the Administrative Procedures) as a guide. The initial Administrative Escrow deposit shall include, but is not limited to, estimated reasonable and necessary costs of reviewing the plans; construction inspections; and administrative, legal, and engineering services.
